The “Hide My Face” option lets models hide their faces in their profile pictures and during performances by using accepted methods. This feature enables performers to connect with their audience while maintaining their privacy, which is important for those who want to protect their identities.
Additionally, this option may make the experience more exciting for members by adding an element of mystery to these models, making them even more intriguing.
If “Hide My Face” is selected, make sure your face remains ALWAYS hidden in your profile, content, and live streams.
2. How to enable?
For New Models
Models can enable the “Hide My Face” option on ‘Account Type Selection’ step during registration.
For Studios / Couples
For Studios/Couples:
Studios can enable the “Hide My Face” option for new models during the ‘Category/Display Name’ step in the “Add New Model” flow within Studio Center.
Furthermore, when creating a couple account, the account creator can activate the “Hide My Face” option for the couple profile.
For Existing Models
For Existing Models:
Models can enable the “Hide My Face” option in the Model Center by navigating to Profile > Privacy > Face Visibility. Before activating this feature, please keep the following privacy considerations in mind:
- Remove Existing Media: Manually delete all media where your face is visible, including Profile Photos, Stories, Free/Premium Content, and any Mobile/Desktop/Video Call or Explicit Teasers.
- Check New Content: When uploading new content, ensure that there are no reflections or background images that might reveal your face.
- Conceal Your Face: During all live streams and interactive sessions, you can keep your face covered, either by using masks or by covering it with your hands.
*Models who turn off the “Hide My Face” option are recommended to update their profile with clear photos showing their faces.
Important Note: This setting cannot be changed while you are online. To update your preference, please go offline, change your settings, then log back in.
3. Rules and Restrictions
3.1 Content Policy
3.1.1 Profile Photo Guidelines
Performers who do not want to show their face must:
- Wear a ‘quality mask‘ in their Profile Photo
- Cover their face (with their hand(s) or alternative way(s) in a tasteful manner)
Quality Masks: Performers who prefer to hide their faces can wear high-quality masks made from materials like leather, lace, feathers, etc.
Acceptable:
- Gold-plated, highly detailed stylish masks
- Venetian masks
- Masquerade masks
- Superhero masks
- BDSM masks
- Full face mask that cover the entire face, if the mask meets the above requirements.
Not Acceptable:
- Scary Halloween masks (except those with a fetish theme or are specifically used for Halloween).
- Low-quality or cheaply made masks.
- Medical masks.
- Controversial masks (e.g., with political text).
- Masks featuring trademarks or brands.
- Full face masks that cover the entire face.
- Using animations, emojis, stickers, watermarks, competitor logos, or QR codes.
Covering Face: Performers can cover their faces using their hands or other tasteful methods.
3.1.2 Content Guidelines
Models who enable this option can upload photos and videos without showing their faces. Displaying body parts is allowed if the image depicts the registered Model.
LiveJasmin has a zero-tolerance policy towards any type of underage content. If an underage (or underage-looking) person appears in the camera image, all corresponding Model accounts will immediately be closed, and the Model will never be able register on the site again.
Kindly note that during the verification process, Support may also request additional body images for identification purposes at any time.
3.2 Online Show Policy and Live Verification
Free Chat, Private Shows, VIP Shows, and Video Calls Guidelines:
Performers using the ‘Hide My Face’ option may hide their faces during Free Chats, Private Chats, VIP Shows, and Video Calls, using the approved methods outlined in Content Guidelines. Alternatively showing only body parts without the face is also acceptable during streaming.
Live Verification:
Our Support team monitors the site 24/7 and may initiate live verification with “Hide My Face” performers to confirm their identities.
During a live verification, performers are required to clearly show their full face on camera. Support will ask performers to present their ID card, state their full name, and confirm their date of birth for identity verification.
If a performer cannot verify their identity, all accounts will be suspended by Support for a minimum of 24 hours. If the violation occurs again, the model will not be permitted to re-register.

How is the bonus calculated?
Your bonus will be based on your Level Dependent income. Let’s walk through an example to better understand how the bonuses are calculated:
Suppose you stayed online for 80 hours and reached a 75% Traffic Score by the end of the first period. As a result, you qualified for a 100% bonus. During this period, let’s say you earned $1,000 as Level Dependent income. The bonus amount will be calculated based on this earning, resulting in a $1,000 bonus.
How long does a period last?
Each period lasts for 14 days, although these dates may not align precisely with the start and end dates of each month. Periods begin and end according to Central European Time (CET), with midnight marking the transition.
For example, if you register between June 12 – June 18 and your account is activated until June 18.
- The 1st period is from June 19 to July 2.
- The 2nd period is from July 3 to July 16.
- The 3rd period is from July 17 to July 30.
- The extra bonus is available exclusively for newly registered models and only during their first three complete periods. Models with older accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
- Please note that time spent in Member Chat will not count. Only the time when you are available for users is eligible.
- If the start date and end date of an online session fall within different periods, the hours of the online session will be included in the period when the session ended.

In case you are going online with JasminCam you are logged into Free chat area where all visitors, both Guests and Members will be able to see your video feed. Guests will always appear with a name such as guestxxx, where x represents a number, and they write in white. On the other hand, Members have their own, personal usernames, and write in different colors based on their Club Elite rank.
Handling visitors on LiveJasmin
Visitors on LiveJasmin.com expect cheerful behavior from our Models and an enjoyable atmosphere in their rooms, however it happens that visitors are impolite at some point and abuse or offend a Model.
It is hard to define the terms offensive and abusive, but if you feel that a visitor is disrespects you, you may do the following:
- Take care of your Model profile – Members know you through this text base introduction, the best is that you describe yourself by showing them that you are a real person.
- Remind them that you are a human as well, and this job is not about acting like a sex machine or a recorded movie, but to promote the live interaction between the Models and their visitors.
- If all else fails, the best course is always to ignore the offending visitor and to encourage other visitors to take your side.
How does LiveJasmin help to handle problematic visitors?
Kick and Ban function
In order to protect our Models from problematic visitors in their rooms we implemented Kick and Ban functions into JasminCam5.
- The Kick button boots a visitor from your room but they may come back any time.
- The Ban button boots a visitor from your room and they cannot come back for 24 hours.
There is an option to select the duration of the ban for Members, you can set the duration according to the seriousness of the Member’s behavior:
Ban duration value can be also selected from a dropdown menu (1hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month). You can select a default duration in JasminCam’s Settings (Menu section on the left), 12 hours is selected by default.
You can turn the “Ban Confirmation” on and off. (While turned off the application will always ban the Member for the duration selected in the Settings):
Note that we suggest these options only in that cases when you can not otherwise handle the offensive or abusive visitors.
Kicking or banning a visitor will not improve the traffic in your room, as you may lose potential customers. Use these functions wisely.
Underage Member appears in your room
Persons who are under 18 years old are not allowed to be anywhere on our site.
If a Member states that he/she is not 18 years old in your room, you must refuse to provide performance and report the case at the Online Support Chat.
Fake Administrators in Free chat
How can one differentiate between real and fake admins ?
Using JasminCam 5, Admins will appear with BLUE nicknames having “(Admin)” written next to their names alongside with a headset icon:
Be aware that the people who contact you in Free Chat and claim to be Admins of the site are fake Admins (cheaters) who impersonate our Admins to take advantage of newly registered and less informed Models.
Examples to fake Admin nicknames:

- [ADMINISTRATION]
Be careful and do not fulfill the requests of these people and do not give out sensitive information to them!
Our Admins never contact you in Free Chat, nor will they ask for a free/premium show on Skype!
If any fake Admins visit your chat room, please contact us immediately at Online Support Chat room to report the issue while staying in Free Chat. Alternatively you may send a screenshot about it to [email protected].

Being online in Free Chat
You will be visible to everyone who browses through LiveJasmin, and, of course, to those in your room while in the Free Chat area. Here are some pointers to keep in mind:
- Connect with everyone who enters your room and make a friendly and open impression in order to keep more paying Members in there.
- Encourage guests in your room to create Member accounts, so they can take you to Private sessions.
- You should always be visible in the camera feed while in the Free Chat area, as visitors can join your room at any point.
Communication styles can vary depending on the category type.
Eating
Eating in the Free Chat area is not a good way to get a private show.
If you are in the middle of your meal, it’s just simply unattractive. Again, you look busy and unconcerned.

Communication – In all these categories, Members will likely chat about ultra sexual topics, and may also express certain special desires.
- Carefully fill out your willingness list and update it when needed to avoid misunderstandings.
- In accordance with our Rules, be sure to never promise anything that you would not fulfill.
- Tease in a more erotic way than in non-nude categories but be careful to not spoil it by revealing too much; leave the extra content for Private sessions.

Communication – Fetish is a sub-category of Nude categories, to which the same general rules apply as to Nude categories.

Communication – Nudity and explicit behavior is not allowed here.
- Use your personality and intellect to impress visitors.
- Be their shoulder to lean on, or act as a best friend who they can talk freely about anything on their mind.
- Ask Members many questions and let them talk about themselves, too.
- Avoid sexual conversations.
Being online in Member Chat
This is not a true chat. This is a “lounge area” designed for Models where they can do things that are not allowed in the Free Chat. The Model may come here to eat, take a phone call, or simply take a break. Also, after your Private Chat ends, the system automatically switches you to back to the Member Chat, to let you prepare (rearrange your clothes, your make-up, etc.) for returning to the Free Chat.
The following two features are available for Members when a Model is in this area:
- Sneak Peek – Members can peek into your room for 25 seconds
- Join a Private Chat
If you are in the Member Chat area, it appears on the page as if you were in a Private Chat. Remember that Members can still take you to Private from here, so please avoid leaving the camera feed. If you need to, we suggest you go offline for that time.

Performers can be taken to Private Chats only by paying Members. While in a Private Chat, you are not visible to anyone else, but the paying customer(s).
- In this area you should fulfill the Members’ requests so long as they are in line with your category rules and willingness list.
- Here you can leave the camera feed, for example, to change outfits, but only if you discuss this with the Member beforehand.
- In order to become a successful Model on the site, you should strive to build your own Member base, so maintaining friendly communication and glamorous behavior is key.
Nude Categories
Performers in Nude categories are obligated to satisfy the customers’ requests related to nudity during Private sessions. Models should be able to provide every type of show specified in his/her Willingness list. The Models must not exit Private Chats, as the Members pay for the show. However, there are some prohibited situations, which must always be rejected and reported to Customer Support. These include:
- Incest/underage roleplay – needless to say, everything that is an unlawful is against the rules.
- Brutality – anything that would normally be considered rape or an imitation it, using force or violence, or any other such acts that give the appearance of going against the Models’ free will.
- Bestiality – sexual contact with animals (even talking about animals in a sexual context) is strictly forbidden.
- Showing blood – this is a sub-rule of the above-mentioned brutality.
- Drug and/or alcohol use – considering that mind altering substances inhibit one’s awareness, consuming such things is also prohibited.
Fetish
As this category is all about special requests, you can behave in various ways when in the Private Chat, based on the Member’s requests. Nonetheless, you need to be aware of some rules in place here, too. Since this is a sub-category of the Nude categories, the same rules regarding prohibited content apply. You will certainly come across more extreme and unique demands, so it is even more important to precisely fill out and regularly update your Willingness List.
Hot Flirt
Members expect to be seduced in the Hot Flirt category. The content of Private Chats remains exclusively between the Model and the paying customer. What you show to the Member during these sessions is completely up to you. Please note that fake promises are still against the rules, so do not make promises that you would not keep.
Soul Mate
This category focuses on your intellect. Your intelligence and social abilities matter the most here. Use your personality and talkative, friendly attitude to attract Members. Ask them many questions and let them talk about themselves too.
Going online from Mobile Device

Set up your show, including the details about your performance and your desired price.
This is where you write a brief description about the theme or topic of your VIP Show.
You can set your credit goal that should be reached for the VIP show to take place. Meanwhile, you may choose to start the show at the end of the preshow, nevertheless, if you collect some credits. If you did not reach the goal it is absolutely up to you to start the VIP show.
The minimum amount members need to spend to join your VIP Show.

Tips
- Be creative when writing the description of your show. The more interesting it is, the more money you can make.
- Only promise something if you can follow through with it. Keep the site’s rules in mind and remember your limits!
- You really are the star of your own show, so you have the final say in everything! Make everything exactly as you want.
- You cannot modify the content of your show after the Preshow has started, so be sure to set it exactly as you want it.
- Use the Preshow time to convince members to pledge credits toward your credit goal.
Preshow – Let the show begin
JasminCam will remind you which phase of the VIP show you are in so you can act accordingly. The timer shows you how much time you have left of your Preshow. The Credit meter bar shows your current progress toward your credit goal.
Models in Nude categories may be topless in the Pre-Show or even fully nude, however genitals should be properly covered.
Tips
- Be as interactive with your members as you can be. Remember, your goal is to collect enough credits to meet your credit goal.
- Feel free to stay in the Preshow even after you meet your credit goal. You are allowed to continue the Preshow, collecting credits until the Preshow time is up.
- You have the option of canceling your VIP Show during the Pre-Show; however, if you do, you will lose the credits collected during that time.
Starting the VIP Show – Showtime
The VIP Show will automatically start once you reach your credit goal AND the Preshow time is up. You can see which members contribute credits to your VIP Show and how many they send. The timer counts down to the end of the VIP Show. Once the time is up, the show will automatically end.
Tips
- Don’t forget that you can continue to collect credits even during your VIP Show! This way you can easily surpass your credit goal.
- Be sure to keep your promises because that’s what the members are paying for!
- Your show description will be constantly visible to help remind you of what you promised your audience and should fulfill.
Beat the King!

How can you earn the bonus?
Each period, you must meet two requirements to earn an impressive bonus. If you don’t secure a bonus in one period, you can still earn it in the next.
It’s important to keep your Performance Scores (Traffic, Conversion or Engagement) above the necessary thresholds to qualify for your bonus at the end of the period.

How is the bonus calculated?
Your bonus will be based on your Level Dependent income. Let’s walk through an example to better understand how the bonuses are calculated:
Suppose you stayed online for 80 hours and reached a 75% Traffic Score by the end of the first period. As a result, you qualified for a 40% bonus. During this period, let’s say you earned $1,000 as Level Dependent income. The bonus amount will be calculated based on this earning, resulting in a $400 bonus.
How long does a period last?
Each period lasts for 14 days, although these dates may not align precisely with the start and end dates of each month. Periods begin and end according to Central European Time (CET), with midnight marking the transition.
For example, if you register on May 6, 2024, and your account is activated the same day:
- The 1st period for the Welcome Bonus is from May 8 to May 21.
- The 2nd period for the Welcome Bonus is from May 22 to June 4.
- The 3rd period for the Welcome Bonus is from June 5 to June 18.
- The extra bonus is available exclusively for newly registered models and only during their first three complete periods. Models with older accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
- Please note that time spent in Member Chat will not count. Only the time when you are available for users is eligible.
- If the start date and end date of an online session fall within different periods, the hours of the online session will be included in the period when the session ended.
