 Studio Models‘:

After your studio creates its Studio Account on LoyalFans, you can create your LoyalFans profile by going to Earn More > LoyalFans.

In order to create a Loyalfans profile, first your studio has to give us consent and create a Loyalfans Studio account. After your studio’s registration is completed, you will be able to create a Loyalfans profile by going to Earn More > LoyalFans.

Please note that, Loyalfans Earn More page won’t be available for you unless your studio registered to Loyalfans.

How to set it up?

Please follow the steps detailed below to ensure that your preferred toy can connect to JasminCam.

Having problems pairing your device? 

Troubleshooting with Lovense Dongle:

  • First and foremost, make sure that the Lovense dongle is plugged in to the computer when installing JasminCam.
    • This is important because this way the driver software will get installed.
  • If JasminCam is not able to connect to the toy:
    • Try re-plugging the adapter into another USB port.
    • Ensure that the device is not connected to the Lovense application. (It is not needed for Lush to work on JasminCam).

Troubleshooting with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE):

If the toy does not connect to Windows / JasminCam. Basic steps:

  • Ensure that the device is not already connected to the manufacturer’s application.
  • Remove Lovense dongle if it’s connected.
  • Remove the device from Windows and pair it again. 
  • Unpair the toy from other computers.
  • Remove all toy devices from Windows. 
  • Plug the dongle to another USB slot and start the pairing process from the start.  
  • Do not use USB HUBS or USB Extender Cords.
  • Reinstall JasminCam and pair the toy again.
  • Connect the toy to the phone, disconnect it from the phone and then pair it back to Windows. 
  • Check if there is a firmware update available for the toy in the manufacturer’s app: 

Advanced steps: 

Possibly Windows is shutting down the dongle to save power and the toy runs to timeout. 

First option:

  • Open Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options
  • Set HIGH performance
  • Click on Change plan settings
  • Search for USB Settings\USB selective suspend settings
  • Set Disabled

Second option if the situation remains the same:

  • Open Device Manager
  • Right click on your BLE Bluetooth device and select Properties 
  • Do not allow Windows to turn off the adapter on the Power Management tab

Power Management tab is not always visible, depends on the Windows’ version. 

Sometimes you can find the option only under Human Interface Devices. ( go through each device there and if it has a power management option, turn it off)

Activation

Enable Two-way Audio

First, click on the slider on this page in your Model Center to activate the feature. Then, open your JasminCam and set your microphone in “Advanced Settings” before logging in. Check these pages if you are having trouble with JasminCam.

Select the fee you will charge

Convince your members that talking in Private is much better than typing. You can tell them you want to hear their voice, or remind them that with Two-way Audio, their hands are totally free.

Set the languages you speak

The language you select will be visible for Members. Only set a language you actually speak, otherwise you risk disappointing your visitors.

Your members will see that you offer this feature. They can turn it on either before the Private or during the chat.

Who is the King?

  

LiveJasmin Models are our Queens and every Queen should have her King. The Member, who send highest Surprise amount becomes the King of Model’s room and takes the place next to his Queen. 

The Member will be the King of your room for 24 hours unless some other Member will send higher Surprise amount and become a new King of your Room. Other Members will see ”King of the Room” status in the Model’s chat room and it will be highlighted in the JasminCam for the Model.

How to use Hot Deal?

With this great option you may get more Private Shows by setting Hot Deal discount during your live stream in JasminCam or Vibes Messenger. If you don’t see this feature in JasminCam, make sure to update your software to the latest JasminCam 5 version.

Set up your Deal 

Start by going live from Vibes Messenger or JasminCam. Simply tap on ”Hot Deal” to get started.

Choose the discount you would like to offer to your Members. You can offer a discount of up to 90% on the price of your Private Show! 

Get more Private shows 

After starting your Hot Deal, you will offer a Private Show discount to Members in your room for 5 minutes. The Hot Deal ends after 5 minutes and after a 1 hour cool down, you will be able to set another Hot Deal. 

In case a member takes you to Private from the Hot Deal the discount will be valid for the first 5 minutes from the start of the private show, after which it continues at your regular rate. 

After activating the Hot Deal feature, you have chance to get more Private Shows! Watch your income rise!

  • LiveJasmin reserves the right to abolish referral connections in case of fraud or cheating.
  • Established studios are not allowed to re-register existing models’ accounts to benefit from the referral system. If any such attempt happens, LiveJasmin reserves the right to take actions against the Studio/Model and apply penalties.

Introduction

LiveJasmin Protection is a program dedicated to protecting the earnings of our Models from unexpected changes outside of their control. This serves to give you peace of mind, so you won’t have to worry about banking errors or any other unexpected malfunctions affecting your income.

Get Protected

Models who earn $300 over two consecutive periods will automatically earn the Protected status.

Additional information:

  • Earnings Protection is account based. The criteria needs to be met separately on each account for it to become Protected.
  • The system may need a couple days after the end of a period to enable Protection to all Models who earn it.
  • The Protection tool does not defend the Model from private complaints, refund requests or deductions due to violations.

Stay Protected

Protection never expires on its own if you have already earned it. You can go on holiday and not go online for extended periods of time and still stay protected.

  • Models who commit a major violation (i.e. exchanging or accepting personal information, prohibited content, underage-related violations, etc.) for the first time will have their Protection status Suspended on all accounts. Please refer to our Penalty System for more information.
  • Models may ask for their Suspended Protection status to be restored via email or our Support Chat. These cases will be evaluated individually, and the Protection status may be updated to “In Probation”.
  • Models who commit a second major violation will be permanently Disqualified from the Protection program on all accounts.

LiveJasmin Protection does not cover those Surprise chargebacks sent using fraudulent purchases.
